The Proven Technique to overcome Procrastination

Well we all tend to procrastinate every now and then and that is not a problem. |
But PROCRASTINATION is definitely an area of concern when it becomes chronic. |

There is another technique which is a proven technique when it comes to overcoming procrastination. It is the ‘Pomodoro Technique’. Click here to access the short crisp video I did explaining the technique. |
The Pomodoro Technique is basically a time management method based on 25 mins of focussed activity followed by 5 mins of break. It basically is a technique that leverages the minds ability to move from focussed state into diffused state, leading to better output. |
Here’s how you can ‘Pomodoro’: |

Pro-tip; During the break time do something totally different. For example, if you have been writing then in the break time, play with your pet or listen to a song, or walk around or make tea. But avoid messaging or writing a post or any other type of writing. |
This ensures that you move away from the part of the brain which you were already using and step into another zone. |
This is one of the techniques I have used a lot and it has always served me. |
